Some of the China trailer tire manufacturers already have 15" all steel constructed tires at USA retail outlets. They are ST225/75R15F with a load capacity of 3195 @ 95 PSI.
Those tires will be real popular for those with close wheel space between axles or just don't want the little bit of extra height of a larger diameter tire.
