Trailgranny50...remove the flow restrictor from the hose and shower head, if can't remove with pointy tool then drill a hole in it and step up the size until you get the flow you want. They hide those restrictors in many places, sometimes at the hose ends and then in the shower hand head near the connecdtion point, may even be a screen that is plugged with goop/sand etc, clean it see if that fixes your issues...the taps have these too at the end call aerators with screens and restrictors.
