tongue jacks

iv got a 29ft tt weight 6700 is a 3500bl bulldog electric jack a good size and choice
  • Good choice. I bought my Bulldog 3 years ago and I am very happy with it.
  • You need to check the size of the shaft, will it fit hole in the A frame.

There are 2 different sizes of shafts for travel trailers. I found that out the hard way, I managed to destroy my tongue jack, a quick trip into town buy a new one, when I install it I find that the shaft is smaller than the hole in the A frame. This resulted in wobbly lift, to get the trailer hooked up for the trip home. Once we got home I had to find a sleeve to go over the shaft of the jack, to fill if the gap.

However as Samson says good choice, if it fits.
  • It is a good choice and size as you might go with a bigger TT then you can keep the 3500 and install it on the bigger TT
