You will probably close to your all your limits for you TV. I would stay close to home for the first couple trips and judge how it tows. Make sure you the TT brakes are working properly and don't get in a rush. Allow for extra time and travel slower. I think you will be ok because of all the things you listed I feel you already know your pushing it some.
