We have insurance from Aviva Elite Co. (plus the basic government required liability insurance). Not sure if Elite has a related company in the US. They have the best policy available in Canada and we have their Deluxe Coverage option with a disappearing deductible and also a mature market discount.
We're covered for guaranteed full replacement cost with a new unit of similar kind and quality and some other things like emergency vacation expense and an extra one year's warranty on any appliance installed by our TT manufacturer.
