Yeah, It's just the Wife, me, and our dog, so we really wanted a "rear living" floor plan, we looked at what few RL units that were around (it seems that in this price range everything is bunkhouse), after over a year of looking, we circled right back to this unit, one of the first we looked at, and it was still on their lot, at a deep discount, so we pulled the trigger :D
