We have a wet bath in our 1150 and are very glad of the choice. Camper feels much more open and we would rather have the storage space in the kitchen than the bathroom. Bathroom feels "bigger", one large compartment instead of two small ones, and we find showering is easier once we tried it. I had never sat down for part of a shower before and it is kind of nice. That said if we were to be big skiers and have lots of wet ski gear I can see the appeal of having a dry bath to put the gear in.
A couple of things we did: We added lots of 3M hooks and shelfs to the walls to hang things (get the bathroom models made for high humidity. Frankly we added the brass ones all over the the rest of the camper too). This will not really help with the color though. Second, add Dri-Dek panels cut to fit the floor. This means you don't have to dry the floor or worry about slipping. You can get the Dri-Dek in many colors. You can find it at a Marine supply house or here:
Dri-DekWe used white but here is what it looks like:
The other thing you could do would be to replace the shower curtain with a more colorful one.
