My Arctic Fox has very little to complain about. It had three annoying but easily fixable problems that popped up right after purchase.
1. They wired the gen switch and hour meter wrong, I had to reverse a few wires to get it going and the hour meter to run. When I called the dealer service department, creepy salesmen kept answering the phone and telling me the service department "had a special way to fix that problem".
2. The easy open extender for the door handle had a small plastic part installed backwards. As soon as you pulled the thing it broke. The creepy salesman had said it was designed that way.
3. The only light in the thing that are not LEDs are the night lights by the bed, they suck battery and are insanely bright.
The first two were easily fixed by calling Arctic Fox and avoiding creepy salesmen. AF sent parts out ASAP. I spoke with a manager in the assembly area, sent him photos of the two problems and a picture of the part that was reversed. They were very nice to deal with and I'm betting they corrected both problems at the source.
A swap for the lights is this springs project.
I take it that you don't like the "creepy" salesman.
