Right wrong or indifferent I really enjoy your TR's. You and your DW take very good pictures. Thank You taking the time and effort to post them. I believe they always bring a smile to everyones face. :B - whazooExplorerAh Magic43, Lynn it's my goal to make you smile and you give it right back. Aren't we a good pair?! Thanks so very much.
Dave - magic43ExplorerYou always make me smile Dave. Thanks for taking us along.
- whazooExplorerHey Jefe, Oh but look, there's nothing out there in the middle of nowhere. Except piece and quiet. And yes, we have a whole new area to explore, it's exciting to this old guy Jeff, but you know how it works. The exciting part lol, not the old part.
Thanks Billyray50, glad you had time to give it a look.
Aha Patrick, I like GR8 but expire to be just good. I know I know, sorry. But look my new camera is Canon 80D and a Tamron 18-400 lens and a Canon 10-18 wide angle that does such a nice job with clouds. I've never had a DSLR without an articulating rear monitor and this is the best out there I believe, It's a touch screen that you can focus by touching where you want to focus and also if you wanted, it would focus AND take the picture.
If I had the serious money though I want a Sony full frame. Next life maybe. Thanks Patrick. - PatrickA51ExplorerWhazoo;
Another GR8 TR. Thanks for posting the link to your blog.
What Model Camera do you use? - billyray50ExplorerAnother fantastic trip report and pictures! Thanks.
- jefe_4x4ExplorerWhaz,
This is a whole new side of you that has appeared once you moved north. Wonderful pix and puns as usual. It is truly good to see one of the old guard-off roaders ply their wares in the outback.
Many of our hard core TC-ers have grown up and traded their lean and mean off road machines in for a 3, 4, or 5 series 2WD dually truck with the largest and plushest of campers to pamper them in their old age. Not you, my friend. I count only a handful on here that keep the 'get WAY out there' lamp lit.
Great stuff, old buddie.

Near the Needles, CA in 2005: similarly out there and a long way to pavement. - whazooExplorerHi Naio, yes to big skies! Wish I could have bottled that one. I could pour a little more out now and then, it was stunning, thanks!
Hi Ya Ben! What, you late? Not here you're not. Don't look too close at the sky pics, I actually screwed up and almost cried. Thank God for digital sharpening software, it helped salvage a few.
See ya Ben! - Nemo667ExplorerDang it, looks like I'm a little late to this party. The sky pics are stunning Dave!
- NaioExplorer IIFantastic report! I love a big sky, myself, and your photos are gorgeous.
