I want a big camppsite with lots of trees and shrubs surrounding it so you cannot see your neighbors.
Having deer and elk walk thru once in a while is great too.
Do not need the skunks walking thru tho. But the ones that have walked thru have just walked and not stopped to perfune our site.
Had wild horses stop to drink at the river at the end of the lot was nice.

Friends of ours left Mass in January, made there way to FL and went all over the place, a week here, 2 weeks there, spent time in the Keys. They are in TN now slowly working there way hope. They are having a trip of a lifetime.

Had a great uncle who lived on Whidbey Island (Mom's from Port Angeles, WA), visited when I was young, remember the hummingbirds, heading to the beach at low tide to get clams, before I appreciated the clams. I've been to Colorado many times over the years and every time I drive along Hwy 50 past the The Blue Mesa Reservoir I'm so taken by the beauty of the area that that would be my pick as to where I'd really like to camp! :B

I wanted to take my wife to a small campground my family went to when I was growing up... then last year they had massive fires in the area, not sure what is there now... it is 20 miles out from Winthrop Wa.
