Wow guys, thanks for the replies! So, it looks like the 18 or 20v units will do the job. I checked out the Porter Cable li-ion 20v, 1/2" chuck unit on Amazon for $129 with two batteries. The B&D li-ion also has great reviews but is 3/8" drive for $99 with two batteries. I like the price, but always like the option of a 1/2" chuck. I will most likely get one of those. Some of the others like Makita are great, but only come with one battery, and spares are expensive.
