Home Depot had a package of Ridgid 18 volt 1/2" drill and impact driver with 2 Lithium Ion batteries for about $200. The nice part is that if you register them online you get a lifetime warranty. That means no more buying batteries. I haven't tried them on manual jacks but it does have a lot of torque.
