Which of these do you like?

My husband and I have conceded that we are now looking for a trailer with a slide out between 24 and 30 feet. We have narrowed our list of trailer manufactures to those that have enclosed under belly or at least heated tanks just in case we end up dealing with below freezing weather. We also made sure the companies were Eco friendly since I have severe allergies.

These are the companies we have narrowed it down to and a trip to Camping World Chattanooga is planned for a couple weeks from now so we are wondering what experiences good or bad ya'll have had with these companies.

COACHMEN
EVERGREEN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
STARCRAFT RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
JAYCO
KEYSTONE RV (NOT SURE IF THESE ARE ECO FRIEDLY)
NORTHWOOD MANUFACTURING

Do you have a favorite layout? If so what year is it from? We thought about limiting ourselves to looking from 2005 and older but we are now looking from 2015 and older just to see if we can find something brand new that we can afford. I appreciate all the help.

Does anybody have a washer & dryer in a trailer by any of the above companies even as a modification after the fact?
  • NORTHWOOD MANUFACTURING is the one with the best frame. Get the best structure, then worry about the pretty stuff.
  • Thank you everyone. Lance sounds like a great option but I'll check them all out.
  • If you want a 4 seasons trailer that is very eco friendly (no formaldehyde used at all, etc) check out Lance. They're more expensive but they're worth it. Northwoods are also very good
  • We are an old married couple with a new 29 foot Starcraft Launch 24rls. We like that it has separate sleeping and living space. Just large enough without being too big. Pretty light for its size as well.
