Who checks their oil?
After doing an oil change? Do ya dump in the reccomended amount of oil, put the cap on, slam the hood down and takeoff? Or do you check to make sure it reads right on the dipschtick?

Seven quarts Mobil-1 5w-20 out, seven back in with a new Motorcraft filter. Run and check for leaks. Check the dipstick. Mobil-1 kinda beads up on it making it hard to tell exactly where it's level is. I check to make sure the 5qt and two 1qt bottles are empty. Close it up and good to go. I might check it twice between changes. At 102k miles, it still uses less than .5 qt in 5k miles.
