Anyone own one of these? We currently have a 5th wheel and I'm looking for something small that we could tow with a smaller vehicle for short one or two night closer trips - state parks, etc. We'll keep the 5th wheel for longer trips.

We do use our trailers all year long, so I need to be able to use it below freezing. The Micro Minnie shows to have enclosed heated tanks. When I looked at it, it is only the tanks enclosed. The rest of the underbelly is exposed. All pipes, water pump, etc. are all above the floor though. Any thoughts on spray foam insulation on the bottom of the floor for additional insulation?

We do have two kids that will be with us part of the time. I'd also use it by myself as a "hunting camp".

Any other thoughts? Anything else comparable to look at?

TOO small. No where to sit comfortably. Tiny tanks. Try the 2106DS.

I don't remember the brand but I saw a video of a TT built with the tanks and water lines ALL inside the vehicle, where everything is heated from the furnace interior heat. Hopefully someone will know the mfg.

Some like,
Arctic Fox/Nash , Lance or
Outdoors rv Creekside series . However, i would not use a floorplan with a slideout . I found it to be cold and had to clear off snow and ice off the slide top before i could close it.

Whatever floorplan works for you, can probably be made to work better in the cold by making a few easy mods.
I used foam pipe insulation to wrap water lines that touched outside walls.
I placed 24x24" foam tiles on the floor to make the floor warmer.
I made storm windows as well.

When asking for info about a specific trailer model it sure would help to post a LINK to that model so we don't have to go searching ourselves to see what you're talking about. 😉
