67, I thought I had posted this info last weekend but it appears not to have gotten on.
I recently bought two sheets of 1/2” Baltic birch plywood, exterior glued marine grade, beautiful stuff at $50 per 8x10 sheet. It would be very suitable for your cabover project. Well coated with epoxy, of course.
