I do believe I have it repaired. Replace the 3/8 plywood with 5/8. I had to buy two sheets. I took the 3 foot by 24 and cut it to fit the pass thru storage area. Now I have to separate storage areas. More importantly I have another support for the bed platform to rest on. I was up crawling on it screwing 5/8 plywood to the piano hinge. No sag no bowing. Bought those clamps to hang brooms on and moved the broom and swifter to the new wall. BillMc182Views0likes0Commentsbed platform repair
248RBS Bed Frame Help please Was loading up at Roaring River State Park and happened to look up in the outside storage and seen the plywood bed bottom has the screws pulling thru it. I know I weigh between 290 and 310 but come on the trailer is exactly two years and 7 days old. Is there a way to fix this? Has anyone done a mod? Appears to be 3/8 inch plywood. I am going to have the wife read all of these post. Then together there will be even more questions. I don't know if 15 days will be enough time. Thanking everyone for the advice I am getting. Problem is there is only so many vacation days a year. I do want to fish and I love to wade. Thinking that would be awsome. We are also bikers you know the pedal kind, maybe I could spend a day doing that and beat the traffic gridlock. I am hoping to have an idea of when we want to go by the end of the year. Just returned from a 10 day Alaskan trip. It was great, but it wasn't camping! Wife and I thought we would like to go out to Bozeman Mt. I said hey babe look how close that is to Yellowstone, well the planning is on. Looking for advice and ideas. Do I plan for 2016 or 2017? We will be starting from SE Kansas. Just the wife and I maybe a dog. Thinking about making it a 15 day trip. That gives me a weekend before I have to return to work. We thought about leaving on a Thursday nite after work. I want to site see and get some fly fishing in. Wanted to see as much as we could. We even said do we drive straight thru on the way or on the way back. I just read another thread where someone said 5 days in Yellowstone was enough. Kind of just looking for options BillMc mods if this is posted in the wrong place please move3.2KViews0likes18Comments
