It struggles in the summer to keep the unit under 80-85 when it is not in the shade. https://rv-airflow.myshopify.com/ Re: Hydraulic Leveling jacks not wanting to retract?? Just to be sure, the rig levels without problem. It is only when retracting that I have a problem, and it only started toward the end of last summer. Does this sound the same as the issue you were dealing with? Does the fuse automatically reset? I have not reset mune when it stops retracting. I just wait 10-15 seconds and then press the retract button again. Re: Hydraulic Leveling jacks not wanting to retract?? would that be the fuse in the fuse box that can be tripped and reset, or iis it an inline fuse? Re: Hydraulic Leveling jacks not wanting to retract?? Thanks for the information. I did check the fluid level last year before I put it in storage and the level was fine. I will try a dry lubricant. I do notice click coming from the hydraulic area before the jacks stop coming up. Soetimes I have to wait 15-20 seconds before pressing the switch again or they will not move. Hydraulic Leveling jacks not wanting to retract?? Late last year I notice a couple of my leveling jacks on my 2015 cyclone toyhauler were not retracting all the way when I tried to retract them If i pressed the button a second time they would retract fully. By the end of our camping season, I was having to press the retract button 3-4 times to get all 6 jacks fully retracted. This week I picked th ecoach up from winter storage. I only had the front jacks deployed. the passenger side retracted all the way up, but the drivers side only came up a couple inches before stopping. I waited a few second and pressed the button again. The jacks retracted another 2-3". I had to repeat this process 3-4 times. Anyone have any ideas what my issue may be? It seems to be getting worse. My concern is that I will get to a campground for out first trip this year and will ot be able to get all the jacks to fully retract. They go down fine and the auto level works fine They just have difficulty retracting Re: Didn't deploy all stabilizers now slide doesn't fully extend enblethen wrote: It will depend on whther your slides are hydraulic motor driven or have cylinders. Normally a system containing cylinders, they all would be retracted. Bleeding can be either done by opening a small bleeder valve on each cylinder or by operating the system back and forth fully extending and retracting. Do you know make and model of your system? The fifth wheel is a 2015 heartland cyclone 4150. Hydraulic is lippert and model number appears to be 646882Re: Didn't deploy all stabilizers now slide doesn't fully extendyes, same system. I pulled the slides in and the fluid level did not go up much at all. SHould it be close to full with slides in and stabilizers raised? I am going to hook it up to the truck tomorrow and pull the stabilizer jacks in also. Will it bleed the air out itself?Re: Didn't deploy all stabilizers now slide doesn't fully extendI just checked the fluid and it. I pulled the slides in and the fluid was about 20-25% in the reservoir, or 3-4" below the fill line. I alos grought a tape measure out and found that one side is 1 also noticed that front of the slide is about an 1 1/4 further out than the back side of the slide. Would low hydraulic fluid possible cause that?Re: Didn't deploy all stabilizers now slide doesn't fully extendThanks for the info guys. It was sitting on a level concrete pad. i did some measurements and found on side is out just over an inch farther. I'll pull the slides in a bit tomorrow and look to see if anything fell between themDidn't deploy all stabilizers now slide doesn't fully extendWe got home about a week ago from a trip. I unhooked from the truck and ran to town for some errands. Later we opened the slides to get some things out of the kitchen and fridge. I then realized we had not put down all legs. Today my wife noticed we can not open the kitchen drawers as the slide (hydraulic) seems to come about a 1/4" from fully extending. Is it possible that I damaged something by not having all legs down when be put the slide out?
