Interstate SRM Batteries
I'm trying to find information if Interstate SRM batteries, especially the SRM 29, are AGM or flooded cell type. Thanks everybody for your input. It pretty much confirms what I thought - it's difficult, but feasible. I'm going to be there in a 28 ft. C-Class motorhome, not in my own 36 ft. 5th wheel. I plan to visit both parks this summer using a C-class motorhome. As I'm going to come from the North and continuing to the South, I'll hate to follow the "official" recommendation which advises against using the winding mountain road that leads from Kings Canyon to the southern exit of the park (between Potwisha and Giant Forest Museum), if the RV is longer than 22ft. I'm very experienced at driving mountain roads, so I would take the road if it's technically possible. Does anyone know about this road? Thanks.1.6KViews0likes7CommentsRe: RV Direct purchase
Bought my Montana online from a dealer 900miles from home because it was the cheapest deal. Never regretted it, because all subsequent repairs have been done without any problems by shops around home or somewhere else if travelling. I would walk away and never look back from a dealer who wants to make me believe that I would receive a lousy service if I didn't buy from him. All shops want to make money with repairs, no matter where you bought the unit. In some places the repair shops are totally separated from the sales department and they couldn't care less where the unit was bought.454Views0likes0Comments
