Cant talk to the moisture question, very dry here in our part of the west.Re: Recommendation for hauling my motorcycle? tinner12002 wrote: msdunkel wrote: Thanks! Thing you have to keep in mind also is the fact you'll always be on your hands and knees while in the bedroom when its over the garage. . Just have to comment on this , in the GD Momentum as well as the Keystone HIgh Country, there is no crawling into and out of bed, there is 6 foot 6inch head room in both of those trailers standing next to the bed. No hands and knees required.Re: Recommendation for hauling my motorcycle? fj12ryder wrote: Kind of looks claustrophobia causing though, only a little over 2 feet to the ceiling with the bed down. It would give you enough room for the bike though. The loaded weight could easily hit 16,000 lbs. considering shipping weight is over 13,000 lbs. That shorter ramp/door could cause loading issues too. Even the picture they have of it shows a pretty steep angle. We looked at the high country at the Denver RV show last month. A little claustrophobic in the garage, but you are just loading or unloading the bike in there and then you are done. The ramp angle is about the same as the Momentum we just ordered, and it will be way easy to load a bike, easier than our current toyhauler with the garage on top of the frame rails instead of it being between the frame rails like these models.Re: Recommendation for hauling my motorcycle? This Montana High Country 380 is similar to the GD 376, but a little bit lighter. 13K EMPTY weight Montana High CountryRe: Looking at the Jayco Talon 313T - Bought ItI have not weighed my trailer with or without toys in the back, but there are people that have weighed them, and with that big of a toyhauler, the weight in the back made very little difference in pin weight. FYIRe: Rifle Gap State Park - ColoradoYup, you will have no problem in Lakeview. We spent a week there last summer. Rifle Falls was nice, but pretty tight for a bigger rig like you have. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Rifle before CJ, we are not going this year.Re: Reflection 312BHTS travel trailer vented or unvented dryer?I do not see where that trailer comes standard with a Washer/Dryer. Did the dealer install it? Generally speaking, vented dries quicker. I checked the GD website and I see no mention of a W/D installed or back up camera wiring being installed on the Reflection Travel Trailer line up. You can ask over on the granddesign owners forum if you do not get many responses here. Lots of Reflection owners over there.Re: Lifted truck towing 5er DirtyOil wrote: RJ Driver wrote: ! I would visit some ford forums or off road forums for information from ppl actually running lifted RVs. Plenty of lifted trucks and toy haulers/fifth wheels, out in the deserts of CA and AZ. Lots of lifted units up here as well. Try Glamisdunes.com, lots of folks with lifted trucks pulling 5ers over there.Re: Toy Hauler with a good seating arrangement for home theaterGrand Design makes the 376th Momentum with the front living room, just like the one you posted, but it has a small garage, no patio option. Agreed, most toyhaulers have the TV at an awful angle to watch from the sofa. That is one of our main things we have been looking at in our search for a new trailer.Re: New high (or low?) in overloading DaveF-250SD wrote: P.S. My signature seems to have vanished. My truck is a 2004 F-250SD Super Cab short bed 4x4, V-10 with 4R100 transmission. Good for you for helping him ! FYI, your signature only appears on the first post you put on a page.
