Did the previous owners/users have pets(dogs, cats etc.)? When you get to see the trailer, take a deep breath for smells, and look for stained carpet under the mats covering the carpets. Good Luck. Oh, check for any signs of water damage on inside walls under the windows and for spongy floors. Bob Dylan and I share a birthday. Good time to live! Dad (born in 1900) always remarked that a lot happened in his life, Wright bros in 1903, two WWs, space program and moon landing all in his lifetime!
