The A/C unit is a Evan Products Company roof AC. I posted a link to a photo of the unit in my original post. We have tried to flip the breakers and press the reset button, to no avail. I was just hoping someone had a similar issue and could give me some pointers.Re: Help! 1978 Fleetwood Flair - AC stopped workingThe AC was not running when the cord was cut. The rid was just plugged in. The cord was completely replaced with a new one of the same gauge. Everything else works perfectly now, lights, outlets, etc. Just no power seems to be going to the AC.Help! 1978 Fleetwood Flair - AC stopped workingMy daughter bought an old 1978 Flair. We have been fixing it up and it's look great. Sadly, while it was parked and plugged in, her roommate ran over the electrical cord with the lawnmower, chopping it up and requiring it be replaced. They replaced the cord and everything worked fine except the AC. The roof unit, which worked fine before the incident, now won't even turn on. I have checked the fuses that I can locate (the tube glass kind) and they seem to be intact. Can anyone give me any other advice on troubleshooting? Thanks so much! My problem is, as a "sqatty body", I almost can't reach the pedals, even with the seat all the way up. Here is my question: Is there any way of moving the whole seat forward (like unbolting it and rebolting it down closer to the pedals)? Are there maybe optional holes under the carpet so I can move it forward? I am very uncomfortable trying to reach to pedals. The chair is not too big for me, just too far away. Help! Replacing Coleman ( wire thermostathere is the current configuration: Re: 1995 Winnebago Vectra - How in the heck does the heat work??Thank you all for the help, I really need it! ;)Re: 1995 Winnebago Vectra - How in the heck does the heat work??When the furnace stopped running in the middle of the night, I was plugged into 50 amp shore power. I am sure it wasn't a low battery. I realize this is an older coach but it only has 38K miles on it, it's barely been used. Everything works great, I just wanted to try a more accurate thermostat. Thank you BigRabbitMan, I will look into the igniter you mentioned.Re: 1995 Winnebago Vectra - How in the heck does the heat work??So I am now trying to replace the thermostat to one that is digital. I am having a hard time as there are 9 wires, not the usual few most RV's have. Any suggestions? I have watched all the videos from do-it-yourselfers online and it seems easy. Tried it yesterday and was disappointed that all the wires wouldn't connect. I know I can just wire one of the fan speed wires and it will be fine, but what about the dule stage wires? Are they needed or can I by pass them??Re: Help! Replacing Coleman ( wire thermostatNo, the fan high and low are the GH & GL wires, as I bought a toggle and have already used them. I just can't figure out if I need the F1 & F2 wires. I know they are stage one and two of the system, as I have a two stage system. I just need to know if they are required to run my particular system. Does anyone know???Re: Help! Replacing Coleman ( wire thermostatThank you "brirene" for the link. I have a dual system as well and I think this is the problem I am having. I am hoping this will solve my issue. I still don't have any info on what the F1 & F2 wires are for or if I even need them so if anyone can answer that for me, I would surely appreciate it.
