Many people come to Riverbend for a short stay, and then end up coming back for the season or buying a lot of their own.Re: Exhaust partsHere is a link to just about anything you might need for an exhaust system. http://www.walkerheavyduty.com/en-US/Re: Personalized platesOn my New Hampshire plate I have "4CN-USA". It is amazing how many people can't figure it out!Re: Servicing an Aqua-Hot SystemHaving an Aqua-Hot system is a "must have" on many peoples list for purchasing a motorhome.Re: Sewer solutionI have used the sewer solution for nearly nine years. The hoses stay secure without the use of clamps. If you attach the extension, you will notice that they slide together while you are twisting in one direction, but will not slide together if you are twisting in the opposite direction. Once you have them joined they stay that way until you twist in the right direction while separating them. I have never experienced one coming apart. Much better than the stinky slinky in my opinion.Solution for wind noise problemMy slide toppers and bedroom window awning have the nylon straps to hold them in the open position. These are the flat nylon straps which act like a wind foil in windy conditions. Wind gusts produce very load vibrations which are very annoying. I purchased about a 4 ft. piece of the black plastic split loom wire conduit and simply cut pieces to slid over each strap. No more wind noise, and very easy to install and remove.Re: aqua hotTry giving the check valves a whack. sometimes they stick closed and stop the flow of heated fluid from circulating. You shoould see them just after the circulating pumps.Re: Heat registers not blowingYou need to identify what type of heating system you have. If it is an Aqua-Hot system, you should give the check valves a whack to see if that gets a stuck valve to open. Also you can check to verify that the relays are properly seated. For a couple of years anyway :B I will post this new learning curve and experience....having my truck conversion and attempting to get into A resorts.......believe me I'll never go back to some of them. Just wondering if you will return to Riverbend. I know you have previously posted that it was one of your favorite spots. We are spending the winter there again this year.
