All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsJust bought a new Fleetwood Storm 34SWell, we just bought ourselves a new motorhome! It was time to replace old Beaulah the Bounder. I will miss her, but pretty excited about this new one. I hope we will have as many good times in the new one.Broke refrigeratorOur Norcold frig went out. After having it worked on several times, we have decided, we would like to replace it with a residential frig. However, our door is 24 inches wide and i am having a problem finding a frig that will fit through the door. They are all mostly 3/8" too wide. I was told that it could be brought through the windshield, but the repair facility we usually do business with said that would run 600-1000 dollars! I have found a Haier brand frig, that has a depth of 23 inches. It looks like it would be perfect. My worry is that I read several bad reviews about the quality of this frig. Does anyone out there have one of these or know anything about the durability of them? I very much appreciate any info anyone can share with me. ThanksRe: rainbow bridgeI am so sorry for the loss of your petVacation ideas for Minnesota? We have 3 weeks to spend away from the Texas heat. Looking for somewhere cool to go. We all decided that we had never seen the US area around Minnesota. I know nothing about this part of US. Does anyone have any suggestions of a scenic area we could tour and some beautiful state parks? Also, any must see attractions on the way up from southeast Texas? ThanksRe: New floors!! AWESOME!!We have an appointment with Ernie in December to get our new floors. I can hardly wait. Yours are beautiful. Makes me a little jealous! Enjoy them and thanks for sharing your pictures.Choosing a RV park in Williams AZWe will be going to Williams AZ this August. I am wondering how hot we can expect it to be? Also, trying to decide between Circle pines KOA and Grand Canyon Railway RV park. The Railway rv park is much less expensive, but i worry that there is not any shade. Opinions please. ThanksRe: Another problemwe did the same thing. The refrigerator had to be RESET. Not sure how that was accomplished as we had taken it to repair shop because we thought it was broke. You might try calling the help desk at frig manufacturer and they could prob tell you how to do it. Sorry I am unable to tell you how. I should have asked the repair man what he did, but did not think of it at the time.Re: white lines on side of rvwe have a rubber roof. The lines are vertical. They are on top of studs/framework. It is like the sides of rv stayed clean there, but got dirty everywhere else.Re: white lines on side of rvI forgot to mention the rv is older. The white fiberglass has gotten little spidery hairline cracks in it. They are black kinda like mildew in them. It won't wash out either. The finish is dirtier looking on both sides of the white lines. The overall finish still has a sheen on it. It is not as glassy smooth as when new and bright white, but still looks pretty good with a coat of wax.white lines on side of rvthere are white lines on the side of our rv. They will not come off when I washed it. I tried rv wash. Barkeepers friend. non-scratch comet with bleach. plain old bleach. Nothing gets them off. I believe they are where the studs of the motorhome are. Has anyone else had this happen to their motorhome and is there any solution? Thanks
