DanPump when hook up to city waterHello Folks. We are hooked up to city water In Breckenridge, Co. The water pressure is the weakest in my experience. If I turn the pump on pressure is much better. Does doing this create a problem? With the the pump on and connected to city water does the water in the coach come from the tank or both? Thanks DanRe: Elko to MammothWe have a 38' diesel pusher pulling a Wrangler. We are thinking 305/50/361/95/359/395 Haven't been on mostElko to MammothHi Gang. Many routs from Elko to Mammoth. What is your favorite? Thanks DanRe: Entry door latch brokenActually it looks like just the handle is broken but It seems the entire mechanism will need to be replaced. It is not clear to me how to remove the existing door mechanism. Does the entire door panel need to be removed?Entry door latch brokenHi gang. We have a 2008 Monaco Knight. The door latch has broken and we need replace it. Do you know of a good source for this part? Also the electric step goes in and out as we drive down the road. Is this problem related to the door latch? Thanks DanRoute through SacrementoHi folks. We are leaving Truckee 0n the I-80 for Southern California and will be going through Sacremental to pick up I-5. Is it better to take the I-80B to the 50 to the 5 like all the directions says to do. Or simply stay on the 80 to the 5? (Seems less complicated and nerve racking) Thanks. Dan BTW we are a 40dp with tow vehicleRe: Oil change at Camper World Bird Freak wrote: Camper World or Camping World? If Camping World I would never let them do anything mechanical to my coach. Sorry. camping World. How can you screw up an oil dump, filter change and oil refill? DanRe: Oil change at Camper World Executive wrote: I pay $300 for SpeedCo to change the oil, oil filters, fuel filters and lube the chassis. They also check the SCA in the coolant. That includes 40 quarts of oil and the filters...SCA additive is extra.....Dennis I've heard a lot of good reports on SpeedCo. Wish they were in San Diego.. I was getting work done at Rush Truck Centers. They charged about $350 for oil change and fuel filters. But they really don't want to work on Motorhomes anymore. So unfortunately we are limited to RV dealerships. And you know their rates and a place like RV Solutions that know they have a captive audience.Re: Oil change at Camper World lryrob9301 wrote: I say you need to find some other place in San Diego. I have mine done at Cummins Coach Care for under $400. That Camper World price is too low, got to be for a gas coach. Speedco is around $295 for a lube, oil & filters change. It's for a DP. Up to 20 qts of oil. Does not include the fuel filters. The price does seem low. Many times if it sounds too good to be true........... Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the service.
