Friends, Last trip to Angel’s Camp we took time to visit the Quaint downtown area. Angel’s camp was founded on or about 1848 when Henry Angell set up a tent in which he operated a store selling goods to the gold miners panning for gold in the area. The town was incorporated 1912.
