I can't find that measurement noe so can someone help me with the best length? ThanksRe: TV AMP lost power. All good suggestions, I need to make time to do the trouble shooting.TV AMP lost power.Camping the past weekend and watched TV one night with great reception and the next day only had limited channels (3). Looking at the antenna booster plate I noticed the light was off and the switch made no difference in the reception so I suspect the booster either lost power or is inop, I haven’t had a chance to check for voltage yet so I was wondering where the fuse would be. All the schematics I have for the MH don’t show a fuse location so I was wondering where would be the best location to start looking. I have to assume there is a fuse in line for the amp. Any help would be appreciated. Thank youRe: The "Fix" rear sway bar? Mike M2 wrote: Well this might be old news, but I can't change mine on the rear. Last month I ordered and replaced the front links from Hellwig to the inner hole and all was fine. I didn't have time until today to tackle the rear and after looking at all the info I thought I could get away with using the stock links on the back. After removing the bolts I notice the sway bar hits the rear end jackpot before I can put them back at the inner hole. Looks like I need to order another set of links to make this work. I don't recall anyone having this problem in the back. FYI, my sway bar is under the rear not over. Can you give me the part numbers of the links you used, I think I'm going order new ones for mine. ThanksRe: The "Fix" rear sway bar?Ok so I tried to do the front but figured out that if I raise the front of the motorhome up with the jacks the sway bar will hit on the leaf springs. It was not raised that much either, only tried to raise to get the bolt in. I'm thinking this would not be a good thing if the front end got light when driving or if trying to level at a camp ground. Any thoughts? One of the pics that were attached to this thread shows it on the spring or at least close.Re: The "Fix" rear sway bar?Exactly what I was look for. This is my next project. ThanksRe: The "Fix" rear sway bar? 1BryNelson wrote: Excuse me been out of this loop. But I'm not happy with my front handling. Plus I pull a 05 Ranger on a dolly. Real fun when a big rig blows past me. So I'm now entrigued. What is "the fix" ? I believe they are moving the attach points to the other hole on the sway bar. I looked at mine this morning and I think I know what they are talking about but would like a picture. My question is if it helps the handling why didnt they mount it like that from the factory? Perhaps someone could answer the question and provide a picture.Re: Battery checkAny comments?Re: Battery checkAfter some time away from my issue I have decided to revisit it. I removed the battery and brought it home to charge it. I removed it from the charger and let it set for a few hours, checked the voltage and it was at 12.8 and after checking every day for a week it fell down to 12.5. Would this be normal? After I installed it I did an amp check and for the load to be 185 mA, pulled the fusses for the co2 and gas detector and I now am at 20 mA. Are these readings ok?Re: TV reception?Success, I now have a operating tv. I used a separate coax and connected to the #2 tv connection (never tried it before) to the front tv and finally had reception with 5 channels. Took that same cable and ran it to the front connector and received the same 5 channels. Then removed the straight cable and tried the pre-wired cable again and tried all the switch possibilities and finally connected to the same 5 channels. Long story short is that I believe I may have a few bad cable ends since I tried these same connections before with no luck. When I have some free time (what ever that is) I will need to check out each connector to find the bad apple. Thanks to all that have helped.
