Its 30 miles west of the MOA but is very nice CG. Only open Apr-Oct. Weekends are pretty much full but weekdays are quite. Its a county park/CG.Re: BrakesMy app on the phone comes up with a couple choices: Pierce RV Supercenter 3800 Pierce Parkway 406-655-8000 and Tour Amaerica RV Center 2220 Old Hardin Road 406-248-7481 Don't know anything about them I just let my fingers do the walking. Good Luck! :)Re: Picked up our new TH mrkoje wrote: Well congrats! Now what are you going to be sticking in the back!? My Goldwing and occasionally jr's VTX.Re: Toy Hauler Member MapPut my pin down. Not too many in Minnesota either! Apparently I can't do it. My pin isn't staying.Picked up our new THPicked up our new 356QLB over the weekend. Happy with unit, not as happy with the dealer. Looking forward to this coming long weekend to try it out. (Actually not traveling too far from home. This way if I forgot something, we're not too far away) Re: Goldwing in the garageI can let you know in about a month. After I pick up my new Puma 356 QLB. I don't expect it to be a problem. I loaded and unloaded, numerous times, my '02 GL1800A in a 10' utility trailer last year on a trip. It was a bit tricky because of the short ramp. Nothing I was overly concerned about but still tricky. The new TH has an 8 foot ramp and a dove tail at the end of the garage. I don't know if you have the same setup. Also I have the 12 foot garage. My wing is just shy of 10' long. I don't expect any problem going up or down. (Really looking forward to bringing it down. Means I'll be riding shortly)Re: length limitations pa bell wrote: ... Goldwing ... What would you all think a about this Cruiser XT 276 My GL1800 is slightly less than 9' long. The XT276 has a 9' garage. Not enough wiggle room in my mind.Re: What do I need for a new Toy Hauler FW jaycocamper62301 wrote: The same truck that pulled the pop up probably isn't gonna work for the Toyhauler...;) Actually it will! It was a bit too much for the PU :B I always got the 'what do pull with a rig like that?' question. Now I'll me more in line. What do I need for a new Toy Hauler FWI’m pulling the trigger on purchasing a new TH FW. My question is what should be on my list of ‘things needed’? This is as it pertains to the FW itself, not camping. Camping I know about (from many years in a popup), working a FW trailer I have zero experience (we started here at some point, right?:)). Like should I have 2-bys boards for leveling under the wheels or some fancy leveling blocks. What is the preferred wheel chocking method. How about some sort of extended broom to clean off the slideout roof. Give me your thoughts. What are the ‘must have's’ and the ‘nice to have's’. Thanks for your input.Re: New Guy needs advice on features Paul Clancy wrote: What is the pin weight of the trailer and the payload capacity of the truck? Listed at "Hitch Weight", the trailer is 2,557. Payload of the truck is listed as 3,425. Rear GAWR is 6,830 on the truck if that matters.
