Most of the time in Colorado, and yes we'll spend 2 days in Utah to visit Arches and Canyonlands. Rules are different with RV day parking?

RV Restrictions in Colorado
Hi Everyone My name is Pierre and I will RV in Colorado next August with my family. I am familiar with camping but this is my first time with RV. I plan to rent a class C (24/26 feet). Plenty of campgrounds/free camping to spend the night, that's great. But I am wondering if you can park everywhere (same as a car) during the day : on trek parking lot, in city streets (Colorado springs, Ouray, Moab, Grand Junction, Aspen), on restaurants parking, in parks (great sand dunes, black canyon, mesa verde, arches)...? Thanks for your help
