I was told a little trick, you take a few squares of TP, put them in a ziplock container with water and give it a shake. If it breaks up easy, its a good tp to use. That said, unless you plan to drive with stuff in your black tank, don't really see why this would matter. We use the same stuff we use at home, Costco brand.
