I would like to use LEDs but the lights with adhesive backing that I have used inside the coach won't work as there's no way to reliably attach them in an outdoor environment. Has anyone here done this? Do you have a source that you can share? ThanksRe: Is my coach too big? explorenorth wrote: You've apparently put a lot of miles on the rig over the past few years, so I don't really understand the reason for the question, though - you obviously know the answer. We just bought this coach last year, have only driven it about 5k miles. Previous coach was 36 ft.Is my coach too big?We have a 42 ft coach. Is this too big for camping in Canada and Alaska? How about camping in the lower 48? We have been denied access to only a few parks. Is this typical? Thanks.Re: Allison service in Phoenix/Tucson areaThanks Guys. I've probably used it close to 100 times since we got it and have had no issues. It heats fine, has good temp control. It fits perfect into a tupperware type container and goes right into the storage compartment. Joe, How well does that grill cook steaks, chops, and chicken? Thanks for your insight.Electric grillWe are considering purchasing an electric grill as we want to get away from propane. What brand and model can you folks recommend?Towing 2010 Honda CR-V on dollyI need to tow our Honda 2010 CRV 2wd on a dolly. Can't find anything about that in owner's manual. Can this be done without damage to the car? What is the experience here? Thanks.Homebase researchWe are planning to begin fulltiming next summer, but are having trouble deciding on a homebase, e.g. a city where we'll establish residency. Ideally, what I would like to find is a website that compares cities/areas for a variety of criteria. I found a comparison of states on based on state taxes, but nothing else. Anyone know of other resources for state-by-state comparison? ThxDry camping across Canada & AlaskaIs it possible, with adequate solar power capability, to camp across Canada on the AlCan hwy without paying campground fees? We would probably be going July through September, so I think there would be enough sun to keep the batteries up. It seems that a 800 watt system would pay for itself on a three month trip through Canada to Alaska and back if there are enough places to dry camp. Anyone with experience doing this?
