Let me clear this issue up. This forum is for anyone to share their opinion on any Rv related content. This will never be used to regulate opinions or conversations or censor what people say. I will not however tolerate personal, unprofessional attacks on other posters. You are also free to criticize any business affiliated with this site. In fact I use this forum to shop my employees, locations, products I sell in an effort to get better and learn. I keep this open because I learn something new everyday. For the record, this is me responding. Secondly I'm the only one who responds to my emails, texts, posts etc. Thirdly, none of my employes are lackeys and referring to anyone that way isn't right. The mistakes in any part of the business are my responsibility. I take them seriously. It's my job to make them right regardless of what it takes. The only reason I ask for direct email is because it allows me to get to the bottom of it much more rapidly and communicate back quicker. My job is to take care of the customer. Im not to busy for this and i don't appreciate you saying that I don't care. Taking care of my camping world customers is more important to me than anything I do. We experienced a massive failure in our systems when we launched new technology. I love the fact that everyone on this forum feels comfortable enough to say how they feel. See the greatest thing about this country is what's happening right here. People feeling comfortable to discuss what's on their mind. For those of you who do it, Amen. For those of you who watch and listen, that's fine also. We have 7000 employees. I'm just one of them but ultimately the one responsible to get it right. The reason you see my face is so you know who to blame or hold accountable for what you don't like. It may not be perfect but it helps. As far as TV, who cares. It's a show about saving small business not anything else. I believe in what I do and will continue to wake up and go to bed with nothing being more important than camping world and good Sam.
