We have been very happy with National Interstate - have had one claim and they handled it beautifully. We just got our renewal notice and they are switching from Great American Assurance to Triumphe Casualty. Our rates are going up $350/year and deductibles from $125 to $500 - YIKES! Replaced 2-6 volt house batteries because they weren't holding a charge. Immediately afterwards voltage dropped rapidly to about 12.8. Checked water - it's ok.
