My wife and I had the same problem as most of you did. Not approving mostly fuel purchases. We had gotten a Good Sam credit card for fuel purchases on the east coast. They blocked our transactions. Meanwhile you run up a $200 plus fuel bill. What now? It is more embarrassing that your card wasn't approved. It is a Good Sam card made to be on the road. I was pissed. Had to use my cash. Now I use my Flying J card for fuel purchases at their travel plaza's. Needless to say, I got rid of my Good Sam card. Please understand this. My wife and I are still working. We are not GEEZERS. When we go away we do see a lot of children which is fine but if you say something to them like please don't bother the dogs, they don't listen and they laugh. I was never brought up that way and neither was my wife. I bet a lot of you older folk were not disrespectful to your elders. Do I like children? Yes. A well laid out CG with full hookups (50amp a must) large sites. Yes shade and also trees that are maintained. We went to a campground in Maryland for quite a while and noticed the tree we were next to was rotten in the trunk. The people said that if there was leaves still growing on that tree that it would not be cut down. Needless to say we never went back to that campground. You better book now! Hopefully you can get in. We got in because we had a connection. Very hard to get in. Depends which section you want to get into. Nothing against children, but adults that need to be around other adults without children or grand children is a welcome site. We have our own group of adults and it is enjoyable just to be around other adults without children around. My wife and myself don't have children and are used to this life style in our motorhome.
