And they have even hit the local muffler shop.:BRe: F-53 V-10 Oil Capacity2004 6.8 V10 Super Duty and I use 6 quartsRe: Illinois state park alcohol rulesState parks in illinios that I have been to have no alcohol however I have talked to rangers and park employees and they know that it goes on but don't care about the adults who drink responsively aka quietly and don't cause problems. The signs give them backup to throw out the disrespecting partiers/problem makers. For those who are quiet never had issues. I advoid SP's during the holidays as they are over packed and too much partying goes on. Wecome to our state and hope you enjoy your stayRe: Dollywood best timeDuring the week is the best Dollywood will still have alot of visitors but I was glad we went during the week. We stayed in creekside and met a former worker from Dollywood and he suggested that we go during the week and glad we did. Also the trolly will take you right up by the front although we drove over. And this was the week of July forth. Enjoy your tripRe: Coil on plug # 6 on Ford V10I have a 2004 F250 Super Duty V10 and just had #6 coil pack replaced at the dealer and my motor was running the same. This was after changing fuel filter and mass air flow sensor which temporality corrected the issue. Local mechanic tried the you need a tune up which I had alreaady changed the plugs 2 years ago at the dealer which tested all the coils then. And I took it to the dealer after being told it needed a tune up. Simply due to if they needed to replace a plug they could do it. As with aluminum heads it would be on them if the screwed uo installing the plug. All that it ended up bei g was tthe #6 coil pack. It runs great agin and has 130k on it.Re: Plate fees are going up in illinois rhagfo wrote: campinginthewoods wrote: Stopped by my local DMV in IL and inquired about the new plate fee's and car/truck plates are going to $101.00 to $151.00 and RV trailer fee's are going from $30.00 to $130.00 starts jan 1st 2020 and they said all other plate fees were going up as well just didn't have information yet. Atleast I get to pay $30.00 for the TT in Dec this year but I'm hit with $151.00 in Jan with my truck gotta love the tax the state of Illinois to death. I assume that is per year? In Oregon vehicle plates are some what cheap $112 for standard plates for two years. Except Washington and Multnomah County's In Multnomah County it is $150 for two years and in Washington county it is $172 for two years. Our 32' 5er will cost $229.50 the rate is based on length fee goes from $81.00 to $317 25 for a 45' travel trailer/5er for two years. Yes this is per year.Re: Plate fees are going up in illinois zcookiemonstar wrote: campinginthewoods wrote: Stopped by my local DMV in IL and inquired about the new plate fee's and car/truck plates are going to $101.00 to $151.00 and RV trailer fee's are going from $30.00 to $130.00 starts jan 1st 2020 and they said all other plate fees were going up as well just didn't have information yet. That $151 plate fee is for cars and trucks under 8000 lbs. If your GVWR is over 8000 then you need a D plate that will be $250. I was told by a state trooper Illinois is going to start going after all the trucks that do not have the correct plates. If your GVWR is 8001 or more you need a D plate if your GVWR is 12001 or more you need a F plate. I was told fines will start at $1 per pound over. I have a disabled plate and it will cost $151.00Re: I-74There's road construction east of champaign otherwise I don't think there's much else. We did most of the things listed and we did the southern belle boat. they offer dinner cruises and we did the lunch cruise as dinner was booked up you can google for the southern belle website. And although you normally don't want rain the more rain before you go the better Ruby falls is. Also if your tall watch your head as you can't move the mountain with your head I know I tried :B you mwill take a elevator down and walk back to the falls well worth seeing. And if i remember if you stay at Holiday travel park turn right and follow the 2 lane you'll get to ruby falls etc and beat the city traffic. The 2 lane criss crosses the GA/TN state lines whinh the park has a TN addtress it's in GA 1 mile from state line.Re: How to deal with grease on ball of receiverI used a red solo cup and it has stayed on during trips to town and or sightseeing and it works for me when I get home from camping I wipe off the grease and cover with a walmart bag and store.
