I know Dicor makes a product for EPDM roofs called CoolCoat that they claim can reduce solar influx 30%. I think you'd have a few more inches clearance from the overhang if you built up your blocks even more, so the top of the trailer tilts out toward the fence. Just until you clear that front corner of the overhang.
