It should see the attached harddrive as another drive in explorer, and you could then drag and drop pictures from the sd chip (which it also sees as just another drive) to the appropriate place on the attached harddrive. And...you could use the netbook to look over and make adjustments (naming them, etc.) the pictures before you move them over, rather than do it all later when you get home.Re: My Way to AlaskaWe're heading to Alaska the middle of May. Hubby has never been there, and I was still in high school when I went last time. We are not going to caravan, we're doing our best to avoid it in fact; those that want to go along with us all want to plan ahead for each day, where they'll be and exactly what they'll see, and we're more the "turn here, turn here!" type of travelers if we see something that looks interesting. We aren't even sure yet which road we'll take, we're going to wing it as we go. We are so looking forward to it.Re: Cab over bed leak...but from where???I know this is way after the fact, but we had the same problem. We found our leak wasn't the lights, or the windows, but where the gutter that runs along the top of the sides of the motorhome end at the front. They ended right at the seam that goes across the top of the RV on top of the cabover. When the water was flowing hard in the gutter, it actually had enough pressure to flow uphill into the seam of the cabover. The water then ran down inside the walls, and under the bed. There was so much water held inside that space under the bed, that I heard it slosh when I was standing there when the hubby moved the RV. Hubby drilled three holes in the bottom of the cabover in front of the windshield to drain it, and it took over 30 minutes for the water to all run out. There had to be so much weight there, I'm shocked the cabover hadn't collapsed from it. We had to shorten the gutters so the water dropped way before the seam, and pull up the flooring under the bed, to dry out the space and insulation under there. It was a mess.
