it was the factory installed furnace. the TT sat and the gentleman came up and used it while building his house...Chances are it was a "creature" nesting,,or chewing on wires..She's opting now for a ceramic heater until spring. thanks all for your help

Again my daughter brought this TT..and the guy she brought it from had a propane heater inside. She asked why..and he said one time he turned it on and it started smoking..Does that sound like a short and could it be repaired? (Thank goodness I have a new 5er)

RV Converter
Daughter brought a traillight TT and the converter isn't charging the battery. The previous owner said he used to attach a battery charger to the battery cables so the 12V would work in the RV. So she knew there was an issue. My brother gave her a converter to replace the one she had knowing it worked. When they went to replace it..the "new" one is a plug style and the one int he TT was a 6345 retrofit..and it did not have a plug. Can the new one be used?
