It's clean, so there's that. Incredibly narrow sites, neighbors literally an arm's length away. And: booked a full hookup site. Called back twice to reconfirm, last time two days before arrival. Get to the CG, check in, reconfirm and yes, we have full hookups. The map says the site is a full hookup site. Except, as you've guessed by now, it isn't. What it is is a grass slope with plenty of ants, WIFI which never worked and, of course, no sewer hookup. Go back to registration to complain. Am told I couldn't have called to reconfirm when I did because they were turning people away at that time. So I'm a liar. Their parting words to me: "We're sorry for your misunderstanding." Found ourselves in Estes Park recently with a significant transmission fluid leak, likely from the levellers. Contacted Pro-Tech in Colorado Springs. They squeezed us into a full schedule the next morning, diagnosed the problem, fabricated a part, installed, tested and had us back on the road within a couple of hours, all with remarkable friendliness and at an unbeatable price. Overall, the kind of experience that makes service problems -- if not exactly a pleasure -- a lot more bearable than otherwise.
