this is fantastic information, thank you all! My Norcold has tripped this error twice now, and I have lost food both times. With this info I can definitely confirm my issue is water related. I also lost interest in paying so much for a diesel truck and the diesel fuel (more than high test gas $$$). I found a 2004 8.1 (big block 496 ci with Allison trans) GMC Dually over the winter. Truck is in very nice condition. It tows very well with similiar performance as my previous diesels, but at a higher RPM. I am towing a 15K triple axle toy hauler. Oh MPGs are terrible (about 6), but I can run regular gas. To sum it up- I sold a $ 35K diesel truck and bought a 14K gas truck. Oh and my trailer is about 2.5K pin weight and it dropped my F350 quite a bit (down on the helper springs). I HAD the exact same truck (2011 F350 SRW 6.7). I have an XLR TH that is about 12.5K empty- I figure about 14K going down the road loaded. I traded my SRW for a DRW. HUGE DIFFERENCE in stability. The 6.7 had plenty of power, but the SRW and those crappy OEM tries were a problem with stability on the highway going around corners. The DRW (have a 2010 Ram 3500 now) is much more stable in this situation. I now feel like I could take highway turns at 85 MPH (not trying this just a description of the difference) I was white knuckle at times with the SRW. good luck. Enjoy!
