Therefore fraudulently depriving true state of tax dollars. California seems to be the most often state to be cheated. They are also one of the most expensive states to own a RV. Inspectors are hired to check RV storage areas for out of state license plates, especially South Dakota. Huge fines and well as back taxes await those trying to cheat the State of California.Re: Triple digit heat! Generator won't run CA Traveler wrote: Reset and set the CBs. Check the voltage at the ATS to determine if you have gen power on the input and output. Really appreciate you knowledge and willingness to help. As someone that is not nearly as proficient as you, your abbreviations sometimes leaving me scratching my head. My problem not yours I know, but if you could maybe spell it out for those of us mechanically challenged it would be much appreciated. Again thanks for all your help over the years.Re: Question for Class A owners. If you go with a DP, highly recommend one with a side radiator. No only does it get less dirty on the side, but it is out of the way when repairs have to be made. If you have a rear radiator you have to remove it just to change a belt. Cost you $1000 just to change a belt in labor. Side radiator is the way to go.Re: New Windshield SQUEAKI had the same problem and came up with this high tech solution. I took a cardboard box, cut off a small piece, folded it in half and slid it between the the windshield and the post. No more squeak.Re: Problem with Extended WarrantyTotally concur with Executive. Have had an exclusionary policy with WW for 2 years now and they have been great. The first claim I had the insurance company denied to pay for diagnostics. I called WW and they went to bat for me and got them to pay. Later talked to the insurance rep and he told me they had just started doing business with WW and I was the only policy owner they had that they covered diagnostics. So in this case it was the insurance company that did not read the small print. WW has been great for me, I highly recommend.Had audio, now don'tHave Samsung tv, with Dish Wally and Jamo receiver. Everything was working fine, then traveled cross country. Set back up and have no audio when using Dish. Have audio when watching DVD. Checked and rechecked connections. Any ideas?Re: Class A-what year is it?My chassis was built in 2008 the motor home was built in 2009 the manufacturer did not title it until 2010. My registration and title say it is a 2010.Re: What Tire Monitoring System to get? ncrowley wrote: TireMinder is my favorite. It’s like all insurance , you have it to cover major costs .. not minor maintenance items. I would guess 10 year old coach would be several thousand a YEAR. Call wholesale warranties who fairly brokers these .. you’ll get the straight info. IMO Exactly why I bought an extended warranty. I could handle one maybe two major problems, but more than that and I would be out of the Class A DP business. However, it has been nice to have it replace a tankless water heater, a roof A/C unit, a Whirlpool washer, a rear and side camera's and monitor, a radio/gps system. All that plus I still have coverage for a potential major breakdown.
