Re: Black water tank completely full and won't drain. Help pls.
I had a clogged black water tank also in a coach we had a few years ago. It was caused by the previous owner having a couple broken tiles replaced. The idiots that did the tile replacement cleaned there tools off that had grout on them in the bathroom stool using the spray wand. Over time all that grout hardened and settled at the neck of the black water drain valve. I removed the “y” fitting that holds the gray and black valves and nothing came out until I used a stick to loosen up the clog then oh boy what a mess. I tried using the sewer drain hose to catch most of the “stuff” but I was wearing more than I was able to control. Needless to say it was a good thing I didn’t know who installed the new tile. Just replaced my touchpad. It still flushed but a lot of pressure had to be applied. I was really shocked when I called my motorhome manufacturer to order on. They wanted over $325.00. I ordered same one from Amazon for $125.00. Since my wiring was good I just cut the wires holding the old touchpad and installed the new one with wiring connectors. I have a 2013 MADP model 4319 with raised rails around the roof. I have been fighting a leak that I thought was coming in around the top window by the drivers seat. I have put silicone caulk anywhere there could be a problem area and it still leaks. The last few days there isn't any water coming down around windows but there is still water coming in around interior of windows. I now think the water is coming from snow melt around the raised rail gutter system. Maybe the drain hose has come off or has crack.
