2011 Tiffin Phaeton A/C Question
Our coach has 3 rooftop AC’s and a RV Comfort.ZC thermostat. It registers 3 zones but only has heat and cooling modes for zone 1 and 2. We are camping at a good 50amp site and only two run. How or when does the third run or is it just decoration. I have 1,2 and 3 labeled AC breakers and all good. Need explanation1.1KViews0likes3CommentsTiffin Sealant Question
What type of sealant to use on the roof of our 2011 Tiffin Phaeton? It has the fiberglass gelcoat roof. There are places where i want to touch up/add to the factory sealant. The second project is installing a Starlink Mobile roof top antenna. Any help getting the right stuff would be appreciated. I have a dometic 975 door awning that went mysteriously out of adjustment. I have been turning the screws for the last 4 hours and once i get the awning all the way closed and cycle it again it is out of adjustment. Is the awning junk? Is there a way to over ride the auto stop setscrew adjustment and just run it in and out with a remote with common sense? Is the set screws only one revolution or do you keep screwing and screwing ? Eric's procedure for resetting tstat is put in off position, remove fuse for 5 mins, replace fuse and wait 5 mins before turning tstat on. Eric said most issues with the tstat is caused by interference from a 12v source. After a lot of troubleshooting, I traced my problem to a 12v wall wart that powered my HDMI/CAT 5 extender that ran from my entertainment center to the large TV, which was installed near the tstat. Replacing the wall wart fixed my issue. RV Comfort ZC thermostat. Ive turned off the shop lights killed the ac and dc power thru out the coach. There's nothing powered up anywhere close to the coach and I've done the 5 min/5 min reset about 15 times now.
