I will also replace the t-stat just to be sure it's ok. Thanks Again.Atwood water heater burnt 110v wireHello. looking for troubleshooting help on a Atwood GC6AA-9E water heater in a 2001 Prowler 275J. I usually only use the 110V to heat the water. When I turned on the unit and waited, but no hot water. I switched it over to gas and everything fired up with no issue. Started to do some troubleshooting. Had power to the box on the rear of the heater. Took cover off and found that the black wire going to the T-stat had burnt off. Wonder what I should be checking that may have caused this. Not sure if a bad t-stat or ECO could cause this and if so how do I check them. Did not get a chance to check the heating element, but was also wondering about it. Thanks JC.Floor & Wall repairsThis topic has been moved to another forum. You can read it here: 30085230Floor & Wall repairsHello. I have a 2001 Prowler 27J fifth wheel that I need to repair the left rear floor and wall. I was wondering if anyone would know if there is a way to get information on how this is put together? When I took it apart there is nothing left to tell what was what from the corner to the slide support. The wall and basic floor seem pretty straight forth, but not how it extends to the slide out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ThanksRe: Seasonal Camper Slide out coverDutch, Thanks for the reply. Do you recall how the hinges were attached to the camper? that is where I'm stuck. Not quite sure how to keep it attached to the side of the camper. Unfortunately my roof line is not flat. It is a 5th wheel and is taller towards the front, about 2 ft above the slide and tapers to about 1 ft to the rear. Thanks jrclap63!Seasonal Camper Slide out coverHello, I am looking to build a slide out cover for my permanent camper. I have seen several postings and pictures from other people who have done this and I know how I want to fabricate it, but I am not sure how to attach it to the camper so it stay in place and have it sealed so rain and snow does not get onto the slide out. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. jrclap63AC air Flow not equal?Hello. I have a Citation 27J with a Dou-Therm roof mounted AC unit with 4 vents in the ceiling. The 2 that go to the rear bathroom and rear living area have the most air flow and the bathroom gets like a freeze. Meanwhile the one to the front bedroom has hardly any air coming out of it. If closed the back 2 vents as much as I can, but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions before I start tearing things apart?
