Don’t sign until you get the correct answer on this. The dealer may be correct and we are both going to learn something or he is trying to get an extra $ 250. If that is true then you may want to walk away and not do business with him.

Jacked your to house batteries
When boondocking, can I plug the RV into a Jackery unit to transfer amps into the house batteries? I know I loose some power going from 12 v to 110 and back but I am looking for an easy way way to make those available to the whole RV. Thanks.

I just installed a Victron smart shunt in our class c. I have two group 27 batteries so in setting up the device I entered 200 in battery capacity, 50% in discharge floor and enabled Soc alarm at 50%. Does this seem right?

Gas Stop
I just came across a device called Gas Stop which shuts off the propane should the fuel line be broken. It seems like a good idea particularly for who have their fridge on propane while going down the road. Do you have one installed on your rig?
