Hit the switch for the rear cargo light and as long as you are not in drive the mirror lights will come onRe: New truck. Old camperYep I just mistyped that. Springs are on top of the axle.New truck. Old camperI have a 2005 outback and just bought a 2019 Chevy 2500. Once I hooked up to the camper I only have about 3” of clearance between the camper and 5er. I am using a b&w companion and can raise the hitch one more notch, and can lower the kingpin one hole. What I’m worried about is if the camper will ride nose high on the new truck. The axle is already on top of the springs. Is there anything that can be done to safely raise the camper to make it ride level?Re: Duallies in Tennessee zcookiemonstar wrote: I was really looking for some one to say I have a dually and I pay this much. About $36 a year unless you get a personalized plate and I think it’s about $65. Doesn’t matter if it’s a dually or a Honda accord.Re: FlashlightI have 2 browning rechargeable headlamps from Walmart. $30 and you can plug them into your phone charger to recharge. I have used them for about 3 years now hunting, and my side job where I was having to crawl under houses. It’s nice to have your hands free. I believe the light is 300 lumens, with a few different power levels.Re: Dumping Tanks in an Empty Full Service SiteI don’t see a problem dumping in an empty site. It only takes a couple minutes and you leave. As lone as you pay attention you won’t leave any mess. I wouldn’t consider it cheating if your just dumping your tanks, not really any different than going to the dump station.Re: Stoped routineNo self service pumps state wide? What is the reason for that. I can remember seeing an option for full service as a kid, but it was rare. In the middle of winter I think this is an awesome idea.Re: private land camping questions, cell booster suggestionsI just looked at their site and they have ones specifically for RV’s. I’m not sure what the differences are but we definitely have been happy with ours.Re: private land camping questions, cell booster suggestionsFor the cell booster we bought weboost. My cell would not work in the house but could get 2 bars of lte outside. Now I get 3-4 bars lte inside the house. I think it was about $500, and was very easy to set up.Re: A poll: What does 2 blinks of the left signal mean to you?About 25 years age we were in Texas on a 2 lane road where the shoulder was as wide as a driving lane. They never used a turn signal, but would slow a little and pull onto the shoulder and let you pass. That’s the only place I’ve seen it done but it was nice to see people can be polite and help others and get nothing in return. For those on here who are getting angry about someone doing this might want to take a look at themselves and figure out what is wrong with there own attitude.
