I assume that they are rather pricey but the mileage should be better than other four wheel drive MH's. I think that Roadtrek currently offers the CS Adventureous on the MB 4X4 chassis.Coach House RV FeedbackWe currently have a Dynamax 340 and are considering downsizing. One coach that looks interesting is the 261XL from Coach House. This coach is based upon a Ford E450 cutaway chassis. While I have talked to the sales folks I would appreciate feedback from current and past owners of their products. I would especially like to know about its ride quality, effects from wind and passing trucks, whether the coach drags on inclines, and comments on the hot water heating system. the hot water system is primarily heated by the coach engine with electric backup. How does this work when dry camping? Additionally, any other comments would be appreciated. We live in California and frequently drive in the mountains and in gusty winds. Thanks. Scott Long Beach, Ca.Re: Sprinter Class driving ImpressionsDidn't mean to start a ruckus over the question. However, thanks for the replys. I will try the "C" forum for input. Thanks.Sprinter Class driving ImpressionsWe currently have a Dynamax 340Super C and while i really like it we are considering downsizing to a B+. I have looked at Pleasure Way, Leisure, and Coach House. Would anyone who has one of these be willing to answer a few questions? A) How are they on the Road? Are they affected much by wind, passing trucks, etc.? B) Do they have the power to climb mountains? We live in California and we frequently travel in the mountains out here which are generally higher and steeper than those in the Eastern part to the country. C) Have you been pleased with you unit? This is especially true for any Coach House Rv owners since they do not show out west at all. D) Have you had any issues with the limited CCC (cargo caring capacity) of the RV? E) When you boondocks has the limited fresh water and holding tanks been an issue? I would appreciate any feedback that any of you may offer. Thanks Scott Long Beach, Ca.Questions for owners of Coach House Platinum CoachesWe are considering downsizing from a Dynamax Super C to a smaller coach. One of the RV's that we are considering is a Coach House Platinum. However, we live in California and they only sell direct from Florida. So a few questions for current and past owners. Are you satisfied with the build quality and after sale service? If you bought new did you have a lot of warranty issues? How does it ride with the Morride suspension alteration? Have you ever had any tail dragging on slopes? We are also looking at their Platinum II with murphy bed as well as the Lesiure Unity in the same configuration. Any insight and feedback would be appreciated. Scott Long Beach, Ca.
