Many Flying j have rv lanes.Re: Hey Lucy- 'splain sumthin to me!Well, get the popcorn started . I've got the cameras focused on the 5th wheel. We might be in for some quality entertainment. All the fittings are very tight on the lp tanks, so hopefully the ghosts from Christmas past won't come around "adjusting" things. I'll post any findings that come up on the camera. Stay tuned !Re: Hey Lucy- 'splain sumthin to me!My wife came up with a nifty idea ! Put a game camera focused on that side of the trailer. We're not always around it. (it's parked on our farm). I even thought of my chocolate lab doing this but she don't have thumbs. Lol I think this might get interesting.Hey Lucy- 'splain sumthin to me!I'm starting to think my 5th wheel trailer is haunted! Last month I found the hose was nearly of off the left side propane tank like someone had unscrewed it. I put it back on tightly. Well this morning I opened the tank door to check the tank levels, again the left tank fitting was loose again! The trailer has not been moved in months and I seriously doubt anyone has been tampering with it. The fittings are relatively new. I checked for cracks in the plastic screw fitting, there were none. Has anyone had this happen to them? Thanks for any help- this is getting scary.Re: location of converterAh ha, I've found it. The little rascal was hiding behind a panel in the crawl -thru space. I managed to remove the old one and get the new one in. Thanks to all.Re: location of converterIt is a wfco. You can check at the battery when the lights dim with a volt meter. The volts will either go up or down when the lights dim. This determines if it is the battery or the converter going bad. My test ended up being the converter that was bad. My luck I had a spare new battery in case it was the storage battery. LOLRe: location of converterThere's a panel in the crawl space, I will try that one next. ThanksRe: location of converterI pulled the breaker panel out, no converter there. thankslocation of converterI need to replace the converter in my 2012 crossroads cruiser.I would have thought it would be behind the breaker panel near the front door. It's not there. Anyone have any ideas what panel it's hiding behind? The converter i'm replacing is a w-r 9865 model. Thanks for any help. Happy campingRe: Champion 3500W/4000 Watt Generator Weekender PackageI have owned one for a few years. Performed flawless. We used it during the hurricane when we had no power, luckily I had our trailer in the back yard. Had it hooked up to the 30 amp, ran the frig and a.c. We did have water for hot showers. It ran almost all the 2 weeks. Just added fuel and did change the oil once. I bought it at Cabelas, had coupons at the time, also a free wheel set. Yes a Honda would have been nice, but the Champion was great! Best bang for the buck.
