Recommendation for Hot Springs, Arkansas?
We are planning a trip to the Hot Springs area for the end of September. Can anyone recommend a campground that is on a lake for kayaking, but close enough (a few miles) to bike to a town? We are looking to purchase a new-to-us Class A and have looked at several. While we like the added room you get with slide outs, it's frustrating that having the bedroom slide means you can't get around the bed while the slide is in. I don't think we care about extra room in the bedroom. Can anyone recommend a smaller Class A (30-34 feet) that DOESN'T have a bedroom slide, or would allow you to walk around the bed with the slide in? Original poster here. No need to continue the discussion. You know, people don't need to post to this forum to find information. We have Google and Siri for that. I like to post questions here because it's fun to discuss rv'ing with like-minded people. But it appears maybe not as like-minded as I thought. No need for any more disagreements. My husband likes to eat while he is driving, and our center console is too far away from the driver's seat and too small to conveniently hold dinner. Does anyone know of any type of tray that would attach to the driver door, or steering wheel (which doesn't sound very safe!) or extend from the floor to make eating while driving more convenient?
