I'm also no stranger to Progressive, they are good when it comes to claims. Did our first camping trip with the LaPalma, drove 530 miles total over the 4-day road/camping trip: Solvang, Santa Barbara, Pismo, MorroBay. Handling is good, but on turns/curvy roads, I prefer the ClassC over a ClassA due to the lower center of gravity. But yeah, can't beat the luxurious feel of this coach, it feels like I'm in a mobile 5-star hotel =) Lots of little things (mainly cosmetic issues) that the dealership is now taking care of. I'm now finding out how important it is to buy locally when it comes to new RVs. Overall, me & the wife are happy with the purchase.Re: Opinion: 2013 Monaco LaPalma 32SBDIt's done!!! picking it up next week... holy cow, didn't really expect this to pull through. So surreal.Re: Opinion: 2013 Monaco LaPalma 32SBDmight pull the trigger tonight, just waiting on my wife's final stamp of approval. so, majority seems to indicate that Monaco is a solid brand, right?Re: Opinion: 2013 Monaco LaPalma 32SBDjust checked out insurance... we are paying $260/year with our Class C, now it would jump to $690! Wow that's a big jump, don't know if Progressive got their quote right.Re: Opinion: 2013 Monaco LaPalma 32SBDthanks for the feedback guys. The price on the 32BSD is going turn out around $105K (including the assessed trade-in value of our Class-C RV, after fees+taxes). Does that sound like a fair deal?Opinion: 2013 Monaco LaPalma 32SBDLooking to upgrade into a new 2013 Monaco LaPalma 32SBD and trading in our existing ClassC. Link here Test drove it last night, very impressed. Afraid to pull the trigger due to cost (although we are getting a really decent deal) and the fact that we only RV like 5-6 times a year. If we were full time RVers, this would be a no-brainer haha. Anyone have this motor coach? What do you guys think of Monaco as a brand? Need opinions on this rig, as far the good/bad, resale value, etc. Sorry, I'm relatively an RV newbie.
